67 cowl tag rpo code

We are new to the site so any help will be very much appreatiated. We recently picked up a 67 SS-350 coupe built in April 67 and so far all numbers seem to match. When we broke down thw cowl numbers we found the following code:

      W  2L  3SK

       The "S" = Z23 Interior which we were able to find details.
       The "K" = Z21 Deluxe Exterior which we can not find the breakdown for.

I've been through both of them and there is no breakdown for the Z 21 Exterior Trim.
