1967 Z22 Black-out detail

I have a 67 SS/RS, butternut yellow w/black vinyl top. I have read the Z22 black-out paint information regarding the rocker panel/body sill area. My question is where can I get the details of where the semi-gloss paint is SUPPOSE to start/stop? Does the black paint start UNDER or BELOW the horizontal trim and wrap around the wheel opening and then wrap under the vehicle? Thanks.. Dan
