which Posi ID tag is correct for '67 - 12 bolt rear end

Which ID tag is correct for a '67 - 12 bolt rear?    I have a Red quarter circle tag that fits on the fill level / sight plug.   But I also see a little metal tag that fastens on one of the rear cover bolts also listed for '67 Camaro.   Which is correct?    Or should it have both??   If the little metal tag is correct, which bolt should it be fastened on?    I appreciate any help, Thanks!
