bbc crank pulley

i have what looks like a deep groove bbc cast iron pulley. and i don't have any books to look it up. i think it was off a 67 chevy i had about 35yrs ago. ?? it was a 396 425hp if i remember right. any way, here is the number let me know what you think..3863108[8m]or [bm]. are the last two digits, im not sure whitch is whitch. let me know what you think..thanks troy
