Decode a Van Nuys Chassis Broadcast Sheet?

I don't want to go further and risk damaging the remains of this broadcast sheet.
I'm not familiar with the layout, but would any of you in the know be able to give me some help on this? Thank you.

VIN matches my car, NCRS build date matches, original trans, shifter and linkage, rear, CB radiator, correct tach, clock, center console with gauges, original booster, original springs.

I was able to soft brush the light grime off mine, but age and missing portions are a struggle.  I think you can possibly "Clean" is slow and carefully, Boy the right side of the Document takes a beating since they overhang exposed to the elements.

Yes I understand it is "OLD" Data, I wonder if someone made an Excell decoder at one point where you enter the Broadcast letter codes and it spits out a as bult content?

The Neat thing mine had the "5Z11AA 5Z87KM 5720BA
Typical LOS pacer code on the bottom below the tire boxes.

fwiw, someone posted on another forum:
