Bulb replacement 1969 Z11 BB - for clock

How do you get to the instrament panel light bulbs? Do you have to remove dash pad or the whole instrament cluster?

Remove the lens; 4 screws each. Bulbs are at the top.

I am looking to get to the bulb at the top of the clock. removed 2 screws only removes lens. Where would I look to buy a new lens - one of the tabs is broken off and I don't see it at NPD.
