Price of the unit on the car invoice is much less?  Or am I reading it incorrectly?

Car was at Camaro Nationals last summer, spoke with the current owner Jim. Neat story.

It was sold at the model year end and was a demonstrator. VIN indicates it's an early production car, so it had some miles.

I see at least one option on the window sticker that shouldn't be there as it was standard with the combinations of other options, so I am going to assume it's a reproduction WS. That makes it hard to tell exactly how it left the factory then. But I do love a loaded car, and this one is nice.

KurtS

Yes, it's a repro WS.
How can you call it a 1-owner car when it's owned by a second owner??
Looks like they cut her a real deal. $3500 for a $4900 list car, demo but sold Aug 29, 68, so it couldn't have many miles on it.

Seem to recall reading about that one a year or two back. Something about being stolen from the dealer while being prepped. Hard to know what it came with, if the WS is obviously a reproduction.

And the price difference seems a bit extreme....

About $500 worth of those do-dad options are easily added with no way to confirm originality.

Nice "reader submitted" pictures of the WS. Couldn't be bothered to make it readable.

I agree.

Lots of fluff add ons. Luggage rack is hideous.

Window sticker shows 2 steering wheels? His and hers? ;)

No, N33 is tilt, N34 is wood-wheel.
The only thing that bothered me is that luggage rack. Ugh.
