Agree it looks like a "5" Ed. Puzzler that it is an April 30 build? Almost May. Way late for a vin starting with 58 from Norwood.

Tag may be legit, but has the largest "original to the car" rivets I've ever seen - must have drilled out the tag with a 3/8" drill bit and had to cover the larger hole up.
Engine pad stamp for the VIN is way to close to the head (shouldn't have been on there anyway). Clear sign of the block being stamped before the heads were installed -

So much wrong with this poor car. I've seen amateur restorations that look like dreams compared to this one -
