67 Wheel mouldings

Tossed out my original ones years ago when I had the car re-painted and liked the look without them and spears. Decided to get new ones recently  (repops) but I thought there was a flat black strip (for lack of a better word) on the trim ? But not sure  Thanks Randy

There's no black on the wheel opening moldings or the side lower trim.
