1969 Camaro DZ 302 Short Block 124379N660941

Hi All,

Thought I would share this short block I ran across looking for a 302 for my Z28. I bought this knowing it wasn't period correct for my car, thinking it might still be ok for me. I was told that the original car this came out of was wrecked in the early 70s and the engine was removed. Figured I would throw it out there to see if the car was still possibly out there. For some reason I can only attach very small photo files here, so I'll just share the number stamped on the front pad: V0604DZ and on the block casting: E229  3970010 and VIN: 19N660941

I'm looking forward to hearing more about it, if anyone knows anything please let me know.

If real, the full VIN would be 124379N660941.
