I sent an E-mail today to Larry Eakin and asked if the site is still active or dormant.  Will post status when and if I receive a reply.

Just received an answer from Larry and it says......

Thanks for the email. I have been collecting data but have not updated the webiste. I need to find a new webmaster to do that. I'm working on finding one.
