67 Rear wheel house plugs

Are the rear wheel house plugs on a 67 the rubber or plastic type? All are plastic on this late 67 car.

 Where specifically....tub or rear quarter? Inside the wheel tub they are the plastic type and on the rear quarter drop down  (behind the tire) it is rubber on my 67 04B and 05B.

In the tubs are plastic and the drop offs have rubber. My 69 has the rubber type in the tubs so wasn't sure what was correct.

my april 1st week has rubber, I just pulled them out of the lower tubs last week
