I have a 1969 RS and I just reinstalled my tail light harness and that was a simple plug in as well as the light sockets into the housings. The issue I am having is the license plate light connector and the wire (mine is broken) from what I believe to be the fuel sending unit go where. There is a pig tail that has a couple of connections and a ground strap that I know screws into the drivers side of trunk latch bracket. I need to repair the wires and the plus and of course ground and plug things into the right places. Can anyone post up a picture of that portion of the harness with the correct connections depicted going where.

Thank you in advance for the help. I too the car apart years ago and did not label things right I know! lesson learned.

No one on here has a picture of the light harness connectors in the trunh to show license plate light, ground, and fuel gauge connections for a 69 Rallysport?

Yes, I can do taht for you, but I've been very busy day/night the past 3 weeks on another car.   Give me a few days.. and I'll get it for you.
(REVISED:  Since it's April Fools Day, I went ahead and crawled under my car to get you these pix.. :)   Let me know if this addresses your question, OR not...

Here's another view of the connector in the trunk, which shows the wires a bit better.  Appears to be a simple 2-wire connector; one carrying the license light conductor, and the other (maybe) the fuel sending unit conductor.
