69 std left inner fender

is it possible  to change the left inner fender on a std 69z without removing the hood and outer fender.

You can do it but it would be a fight all the way. It's easier to go ahead and pull the fender and inner fender together and change the inner fender on the ground. Takes about the same amount of time but much much easier
