Although the tread on my Goodyear GT's are good, the tires are now 13 years old and I"m thinking it's time to replace them.  Just don't feel good about running them at highway speeds.  I'm running stock 14" Rallies, so what brand and sizes are you guys using.

The only thing I've found, are 225/70/14 B.F. Goodrich.  Any other options or sizes?

Thanks,

I'm agree with you on time to change. I'd hate to tear a fender off . I'm running 235/60/14 in the Goodrich. I wanted just a little lower profile. I think they look good.  225 is just a little bit skinny for a mean machine like we got. 8)

No Sir and I've drove everywhere. I rebuilt the front end and used all the original springs A-arms and such.

I run 215/70R14 TAs on my 14x6 rally on my 69, nice tire, no issues and my car is low :)

a 215/70 has a sidewall height about 9-10 mm taller than a 235x60..  ie. about 0.4 inch higher

Thanks all for the feedback.  Other that BF Goodrich, is anyone else making 14" sizes for our cars?

Don't forget to check out Coker tires.

I prefer just a thin white stripe on my tires. I found the Michelin Symmetry to be perfect until they discontinued them. Of course, they only came in 15" or larger.

Is anyone using BFG 245/70/14's.  The height is close to the 225/70/14  but not so sure if I'll run into width problems on the fronts?

Thanks,
