One original GM engine block,casting number 3914678,and date is I 14 7(September 14th 1967).The stamping on the right front pad is VI101ME,and the vin is 18N340577.This block CASTING number is correct for 1968 Corvettes,Camaros,Chevelles,Novas,El Caminos and Chevrolets with a large journal 327,and 1968 Camaro Z/28s(302/290hp).This block has been cleaned and crack checked(magnifluxed),and it has no cracks anywhere,and is in great shape.This block is still at standard bore,and it should clean up at .030 over.These early blocks are getting hard to find,so dont miss out on this one.Any questions feel free to ask,or i can be reached at 641-751-8225.I will arrange shipping and strap this to a pallet at no extra cost,the buyer pays actual shipping costs.Shipping will be 150.00-240.00 to a VERIFIED business address,depending on buyers zipcode.Local pickup is always welcome as well.Thanks and happy bidding.

I think both stamps are not good.
Really nice engine code stamp. Not so pretty VIN.
Not a common restamp, but I've seen similar before.
