Just about all of those components are 60% gloss per Jerry's book. Pulleys have been seen in grey/black phosphate; OE '69 AIR pump pulleys were phosphate with a hard-stamp part number. Later service versions were painted black with an ink-stamped part number.

Wiper motor is full gloss.

Cowl Air cleaner I can't help you but but the pulleys and bumper brackets are 60% gloss black. Wiper motor and heater box is full gloss black.  * Note Jerry's book * says the heater box should be 60 to 70% but more gloss than firewall. My firewall was 60% so I painted my heater box full gloss and looks good. Are you asking about the engine brackets that bolt onto the intake? If so they are bare metal.

Heater box cover is full gloss as it pertains to lacquer, not urethane. Unflattened, unbuffed lacquer does not produce the high level of gloss urethane does.
