The Barnes and Noble on Hyw 31 and Hwy 11 next to Dick's sporting goods has the Chevolet by the numbers book you need. I was just there the other day.

I'll be up in your territory Saturday to pick one up!!!!!!!!! I hear there is a show at the"Zoo" in the near future. Is that true?

The show is Sunday August 27. I've never been there it's always been the same day as the big Solid Gold McDonalds show.  I'm thinking I might go to the zoo show this year. Maybe I'll see you there. Look for my car its the 67 on this home page this month.

Mike:

I will see if I can make it to the "Zoo"  sweet looking ride very nice. Mine was on last month.
I got the book!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only one they had. Not I believe I will be lost in numbers for the next few days or so. So if you don't hear from me for a while, send out the dogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know the engine I have is not orginal to the car, but it would be nice to find out what I have. I'll start looking tomorrow.

Rich, thanks for the info, the book is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

just in case, sometimes the casting date can be found on the underside of the intake manifold under the tin pan. you'd hafta remove the pan to see it.

Thanks Classic:

If I can not find it on the backside, then this will become a winter project to find it on the underside.
