I am restoring a 69 RS Camaro and have come across a Casting and date code correct 427 so I have decided to make a COPO RS clone car.

Can anyone recommend any good books as it relates to markings, equipment, etc??

I just learned today that the 427 does not have a return fuel line and I'm sure there's a ton of other stuff I'm not aware of.

Thanks,
Jesse

Do you have Jerry MacNeish's book (The Definitive 1969 Camaro Z/28-SS396 Fact Book)?

In production a COPO 9561 Camaro was configured as an L78 SS without SS emblems. Ducted hood was optional on SS, included w/COPO.

Other than the short block and rear axle internals, same build.
