Fake 69 Indy Pace Car for sale...swapped trim tag

The guy in the add says it is a replica pace car and a former X11 car, but has the trim tag swapped out.  There is definitely the chance that a future subsequent buyer/seller may not be as forthcoming about the trim tag as this seller is.
