Hey Jon, Have you seen these items on E-Bay?     http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p5197.c0.m619&item=200641986820&viewitem=&category=10076  I was just wondering what your opinion was on them. Some rare items you don't see for sale all the time let alone all in one auction.

Rick, I have not spent a lot of time on ebay lately and had not seen or heard of the auction. As for the parts themselves, it's pretty hard to judge anything by those photos. It would really be best to see the parts in person. The parts that are in GM boxes or packages certainly seem like they would be NOS. The headers? If they were NOS, it looks to me like they might be repainted or Jet-Hot coated in black now. To me, that is kind of a shame.

Thanks Jon, I appreciate you taking the time to look at them. You never know these days.

You're welcome, Rick. I will say that the rack, or whatever you want to call it, is a pretty nice way of displaying those pieces.

Yes it is a pretty nice rack Jon. Someone went to a lot of work building that and the engraving on the plaques. But you have to agree that the best way to display these parts (if there original) would be on a 69 Z. It will be interesting to see what all that goes for.

Cool shelf, but certainly NOT the "nice rack" that I was expecting to see :(

I seem to recall this same auction from several years ago.

Needs a JL-8 rear on the bottom to complete the display.

$22K for a x-ram w/ air cleaner, cam/lifters, and headers? Ouch.

Just think of it as $3,565.99 in 1969 dollars
