Carb. number in a circle on driver's side says....7013878

I assume it is Rochester as it has the raised letters....RP on top and side of carb.

What can I know about this carb.?

That's a Rochester "Dual-Jet" 2-barrel, manufactured at the Chevrolet Bay City, Michigan plant. More info here:

How can I find a model/part # without the tag usually mounted on front?

I am dealing with this exact same situation, I will be watching this post closely!!  I'm pretty sure the carb. is correct for the car, I'm interested in rebuilding it, including finding somewhere to get a correct tag stamped.

We have the same '67 combo 327, 2bbl, powerglide and smog with the original tag. I looked at the link regarding the carb tags and it's noted the tags were rectangular but mine is square. Were there two types? Was the gold color for the above combo? Sorry for the blurry photo, apparently phones are for talking.

Does anyone out there know where I might be able to get one of these triangle shaped tags reproduced?
