67 RS with Poor Fresh Air Ventilation

I have two Camaros; a 67 RS with a/c and a 69 base with no a/c.
The fresh air ventilation in the 69 with the kick panel vents and the Astro Ventilation is great. The fresh air ventilation in the 67 is horrible; it's very stuffy riding in the car with the windows up.
Is it possible to install kick panel vents in my 67 and have them work? What would I need to do to have them work properly?
Thanks.

You can't do anything with the passenger side, as the kickpad ventilation plenum is now filled with the A/C inside/outside air inlet valve that feeds the evaporator housing. Not sure, but I think you could change the driver's side kickpad to a non-A/C kickpad with the air valve to have a functional vent on that side.

That sounds like a reasonable approach. I'm going to look into it.
Thanks.
