cowl plenum air cleaner

Does anyone know the correct part number for the filter element that goes in the cowl plenum air cleaner??

The Delco number is A226CW and the Chevrolet number is 6422544. Expect to pay a stupid amount of money for one, that is if you can even find one. However if correctness is not a concern, look into one from a 79-80 Olds with the 350 deisel engine. It is the same diameter, but about an 1/8" taller. It will still allow the lid to sit on the air cleaner........Rat Pack...........

The GM (Chevrolet) part number is 6422544.
The Delco part number is A226CW.  Delco Electronics Corporation was the automotive electronics design and manufacturing subsidiary of GM.

This air filter has been discontinued; but if you need one and have $1500.00 to spend on it, here's a NOS one...
