1996 camaro park lamp fuse keeps poping

has anyone ran into this problem and if so how do i fix it?

Sounds like a wire with worn insulation. When it shorts the fuse pops. I would start with a visual inspection of the circuit. Work your way back from the bulbs to the switch. If you can spot the insulation being worn, or damaged that could be your problem. A temp fix can be a simple as wrapping the spot with electrical tape. If the problem is solved, then replace that section of wire.
