Bolts locks on 302 exhaust manifolds

Did the 69 - 302 manifolds come with the bolts locks for the front and back exhaust manifold bolts from the factory. And if so, were they just flat stainless?

Yes, the front and rear pairs of bolts had french locks; the originals were plain steel, not stainless.
