has anyone done this? any pictures or advise? might want to do this to my ride. little different from your average Cowl hoods.

man that site is the beeees-kneeees. it is now a favorite, but dude the costs of those parts are crazy..... maybe when my kids grow up and are out of the house ill build a vintage racer......thanks again.

i have one of those, it is a very nice piece.  painted it the correct color and it looks perfect.  until removed impossible to tell from my original, minus rust hole and dents.

Did you cut your own hole and how? what tools did you use? wher did you get the specs from....assembly manual?

the hole was there as were parts of the original inlet.  i think i have a page in my owners manual that tells details.

OOOOOOHHHHHHHH! Mine is not a Z so id have to cut a hole out.....this is a car that had no vin.....cowl tag .....or any hthing other than a body stamp......it is so refreshing to color out of the lines!..........but i am by no means cloning a car it is not, so nobody worry..... i just really appreciate the cars now that i have kids and a smaller budget than when i lived at home with mom and dad. so i feel i can go in any direction with this.
