Rear axle brakeline wrap clamp 69 12 bolt

Does anyone know the correct plating for the right rear axle brakeline clamp that is bolted to the rear end cover ? 1969 z28 12 bolt built 03e Norwood . Thanks ? probably bare steel? silver zinc?black phosphate

The clip is natural steel, and is retained by a manganese (black) phosphated bolt with a floating washer as shown. Photos are of Doug P's 9,500 mile L78 69 SS taken during Vintage Certification at MCACN '22.
