My car is an 09C build with D80. It's a 2 owner car, original owner and myself. I'm slowly undoing all of the mods/deletions a grandson did under previous ownership.
My car has the rear spoiler, and the relocated emblem, but no holes in the original location that I see discussions of having been sealed with tape. Is this correct? I saw a post that said all trunks were pre punched, and another post that said the late trunks were not pre punched. All the sheet metal is original to the car (except for the cowl hood, but I have the original flat hood).
Thanks for any clarification.

See this for trunk lid specifications. It won't answer your tape question, but it will help you identify yours.

I also have an original 09C 69 Z28-RS car with D80, and the original trunk lid did NOT have the two sets of holes...  just the one utilized above the spoiler.. so you are OK.. :)

Thank you!
I thought so, but wanted confirmation. On to the next task before repainting back to original color.
