I know for a fact some of heavy hitters selling parts have been restamping for decades and stealing. Some guys think they have legit Chevys but they are not.

Yep.  Total shame what this hobby has been brought down to.

Looks like the VIN was double stamped. Really hard to see much in the VIN area with that picture.
