Clutch slipping

I had my brake pedal adjusted to try and fix another problem. The rear drivers wheel was locking up after getting hot. It was the master cylinder small rod put in backwards.
Now my clutch pedal  goes to the floor easy and it is beginning to slip. Is that because of the adjustment of the brake pedal? How do I fix?

 not sure about master cylinder maybe wheel cylinder , brake pedal has nothing to do with clutch pedal
