Watch out for this clown faking Protecto o Plates. I have filed a complaint with Ebay but these people need to go away. Any help appreciated.....

I don't think anything can be done either.  Seller is not directly involved in a fraudulent event.  Although we don't condone it, creating reproduction paper work (including POP) is not an illegal activity - only becomes an issue when used in the future as a means do defraud someone at time of sale.  Not good for the hobby, but something we have to live with.

I agree James, EBay shouldn't allow it. I'm glad my Z has GM of Canada docs as well as protecto plate, but apparently the GM of Canada docs have been counter fitted before too. A car buyer would be well advised to get their own report as well as have a expert inspect their intended purchase.
BTW I tried to report it on EBay and it would not let me proceed, maybe because of Canada address ?
