69 z Fan Shrouds

finding 3 different sequences:
3938-615 
3938615  2
3938615
some are stamped and some are molded extrusions

which might be correct

I have 2 of them, as follows:
3938615 1
3938615 2

Originally wondered if the last digit was a version revision, but makes more sense for it to be a mold identifier, unless there is a subtle difference that I can't spot.

location of numbers.
I have one with molded numbers on driver side of shroud and one one the pass side of the shroud.
I have also seen stamped numbers in the the flange that butts to radiator on pass side.
Am I splitting hairs.
