door glass mounting plate roller

Hello i'v got a 69 with power windows that i'm trying to adjust. i replaced the mounting plates on the passenger side and 
they worked great so now its onto the drivers side but i was just wondering looking at the plates if there is any way to replace just the rollers with the rivet. has anyone of you done this? it seems pretty simple and cheaper than buying the plates
