Paul, read THIS. Especially the part regarding the P&A Manuals (Number 1, 2 and 3 under the "VERY difficult to find section. These are what you need to find this obscure stuff!!

Arno, no phone number, just the email from their site:

camaromikey, the original 69 Camaro Remote Mirror part number was 3957203.

where are the numbers located. the mirror face has 9-dmi-9. the head has 14-2269 inside, and base has 15-2270 inside the base. also the bezal has 3958372 on it.

camaromikey, the part number (3957203) won't be found on the mirror. However, 9-DMI-9 indicates a date code of September, 1969. 14-2269 and 15-2270 I believe, are the correct casting numbers for a 69 Remote Mirror base and head, and 3958372 is the correct bezel for a 69 Camaro with Standard Interior. HOWEVER, these same numbers may have been used on other models and/or years as well. I know for sure the Bezel was also used on the 70 Chevelle, so you might have a mirror for that car. My books don't go up that far, so maybe someone else can give you more info.

You do know that the mirror can be adjusted, right? Loosen the screw on the back and adjust as necessary. If it's still wrong after that, you probably have the wrong mirror.

I tried that email twice with no response. Suggests they are not getting feedback that could help improve the product.

Too bad since they seem to have some good stuff like their rubber bumpers.

this one has no adjustment, the head has to pegs that line up with slots in the base. i think thats what i have is one for an impala or chevelle. its a bummer becuase its in perfect shape. almost no pitting. I was just hoping i was doing something wrong. thanks

OOPS! Yeah, your're right. I was thinking 68. (That one's adjustable.) Sorry about that.
