Hi . . . curious about the COPO cars, pace cars, and even the Z10s:

Was Cowl Induction included with the package? Or were they required options that had to be individually added?

Or, in other words, out of the 10,000 or so cars ordered with Cowl Induction:

- Were COPOs, etc. included in that number.
- Or were COPOs, etc. not included in that number?

Thanks!

The ZL2 Special Ducted Hood was a required extra-cost option with Z10 & Z11. All documentation for those cars lists the hood.

COPOs 9560 & 9561 included ZL2. It does not appear on factory documentation and was most likely not included in the 10,026 production total.

So to continue, this passage contradicts what you say. Not to say you're wrong, but one of 'em is!

I have read and re-read both William's and the CRG's writings and from what I can determine there is no contradiction within William's statements and what you have referenced - maybe you could enlighten us.

I mostly wrote that one also and reviewed it. Don't see any contradiction.
