67 05E Nor. Coupe Deluxe Seat Belt Date Code

What would the build week range be for a Nor. 05E with deluxe seat belts? I am thinking around week 15 - 20 of 67.
Searches show an 11B with week 42 of 66 (3-4 weeks)and 04-05 with week 4 of 67 (2-3 months). Very confusing.

Bob, Just as a reference point, my 69 is a 12B and the deluxe belts are week 48.
