AC R44SX

I've used R44S in my 69 for years I'm having a hard time getting them. Anyone have any info on the R44SX part #5613591? I have ran across some but can't find info on difference from R44S.

I believe the X suffix denotes a wide gap, for HEI.  Maybe 45 or 60?
