That looks great! They did a nice job of cleaning the rubber pocket. Before the restoration yours looked like mine does now. The overall shade of gray had changed and also had some discoloration. Now yours looks like new.

After seeing this, I think I've made up my mind to send mine out rather than to try to do it myself.

Was the surrounding rubber also replaced or cleaned to restore the gray?

Mine was just cleaned, and the only thing replaced was the mirror and the rivets.  I have no idea if they can also replace that part.  It turned out better than expected, as I initially thought it had permanent stain marks.

Just spoke with Joyce Burrell, the "Mirror Lady" in PA.
She retired in August 2021. No longer restoring mirrors. Recommended "Custom Mirror Restoration", also in PA.

Anyone use this source or other sources?
