When I saw this car on ebay today I thought it looked familiar. I was at BJ in January 2014 and looked this car over and watched it go across the block. An extensive and expensive restoration but it looks like its turned out to be a bad investment. It sold for $143,000. then. The current seller wants $129,995. or offer.
I remember my buddy that was with me got into a discussion with the seller. He told him that where the rear tail panel meets the quarter panels should not have been filled in. The seller argued that my buddy didn't know what he was talking about. I also noticed that its another one with gauges but no center clock and wrong tail lights.

A beautiful car though!

That car has been discussed on here before. Many things incorrect, stripe color for 1, but the list was long.

Yep, I just looked and you are right, Austin. For some reason I missed that thread.
I just remember being shocked when I saw it bring that huge money at BJ back in 2014, especially for it being a non original drivetrain car. With the sell price at $143,000. plus buyers fees the new owner must have over $150,000. in it.  :o

I saw this car after it crossed the block, the cross ram manifold is not even a Winters repro, it was a after market cross ram to boot !

This listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available.

Wrong color orange - besides, Pace Car combo looks closer. Dover White helps tone Hugger down some.
