67 hubcaps

I did a seach but can't seem to find much information on what hubcaps were available for a non-disc brake 67 RS/SS350.  I know the dog dish caps on painted wheels were available but what about the simulated wire wheel hubcaps?

For the 67's only:

The dog dish caps on body color painted wheels were the standard cap.
Available caps on all of the models with out front disk brakes:
P01 -  bright metal, full
P02 - simulated wire
N96 - mag-style cap.

If the car was ordered with front disk brakes (J52), then only the rally wheels were on the car.

Thanks Daniel.  Did they all fit on the same steel rim and if they weren't the dog dish type what color was the rim painted?

All the caps fit the two different wheels that were available (B - 14x5, FC - 14x6).  With full caps, the wheels were painted black.
