Alternator bracket color

I wasn't sure what this bracket that goes on the back is called but wanted to make sure it was 60% gloss black?  Jerry's book calls it spacer and it looks black.

"spacer that looks black" & "is 60% black"? yes & yes. Same black as other brackets.
