There isnt a 781.  The one in question from the OP is 7B1

I guess we all assumed he read the 8 as a B, or typed it wrong.    What would a '7B1' mean?  :)

Yeah me too! I guess with only numbers 0 thru 9, it makes it kinda tough to cover 12 months.

If it's actually 7B1 then its 1967 October first week. I believe they didn't use a 0 for the month of October, so they used a,b,c for Oct-Dec.

No its December of 67.  1-9, 0, A then B.  Trust me.

About halfway down the page for reference.  But I used to work for Holley and know that is how they were dated. ;)

My Holley is dated 902 on a 10E car.
