NOS rear quarter panel louver

Hi all,

I ordered NOS 8701059 and 8701060 rear quarter louvers. I received 2 louvers with stampings 8724408 and 8724409 and the 4 tips (for screws) are rusted (the rest is nice). Is the 8724408 and 8724409 OEM NOS? I know 8701059 and 8701060 are the right numbers. Your opinions..

As long as they do not have any tinnerman nut witness marks, they are probably brand new.  The casting is pot metal and it can corrode over time where it is not plated.
