396 BB Engine oil dip stick

Hello Everyone and Happy New Year!!  Question:  What style of dip stick tube came on a 396/375 BB? Straight tube or Curved tube?
Also is this part number correct for this stick: GM# 3989391      Thanks guys!!  Any input will be appreciated very much.   Don
