Does anyone have a Hollander Interchange manual that can tell me what this part goes to?  GM part number 8701338. I think it's moulding fasteners, In the NOS GM bag.

You should be able to look them up at GM Parts WIKI. Google says Chevele deluxe rear panel trim clips, didn't specify the year.
