Under carpet

I just wanted to start another thread where I wanted to ask a question related to the "brown" primer being under the carpets, doors and rear bulkhead on some 68's.  I think I asked this long ago but didn't get a complete answer?  What type of sound deadener goes under the carpet:  The fiberboard ones with jute or the thin asphalt  mats?

If you have deluxe interior you should have the fiberboards with the fiberglass type of insulation. I may have some pictures of mine before restoration. Give me a few days as those will be normal printed photos and not digital..................RatPack...............
