Speedo/Tach lens - repair or replace ???

Some small pieces of the heat stamped chrome rings on my speedometer/tachometer lens has flaked off......Just wondering if anyone with the same problem has ever come up with a way to make a decent repair?

If it can't be fixed, does anyone have a recommendation on who makes a good quality repro that looks and fits the way it is supposed to?
