new JL8 12bolts?

Has anyone had a company build them a new aftermarket 12 bolt with JL8 brackets? If so, how'd it go?  I'd like to buy a rear that's ready to bolt on C3 the caliper brackets.

At least one person that I know of has done so, but I haven't spoken to him in a long while.

I have no experience with somebody building one of those for me. I don't know if I have seen a company building them but I think I have seen individuals selling something like that on ebay.
