69 bolt color/finish

Need to find out what the CORRECT finish is to all the bolts that hold sheet metal in place from fenders to bumpers, wheel well stainless, wheel housings etc etc
Are they Black Oxide, Phosphate or Zinc?

Most of the sheet metal and bumper bolts are phosphated; none of them are black oxide.
